What are the brands of the products I can rent? The brands of products include Bison Bede and Brooks, but we can use other manufacturers if nescessary.

Do I have to rent for 12 months? Absolutely NOT! We have a range of rental terms so whether you need a product for 6 months or 6 years, we will have something to suit your needs.

Can I rent from you if I am unemployed or on a pension? Yes. Call us now and once a quick credit check has been completed we will be able to suggest the right product to suit your needs and financial situation.

When do I pay for my stairlift? Rental Stairlifts only take an installation/removal payment at the point of order. This can however be FREE for rental contracts of 18 months or longer. The first rental payment for your stairlift is payable within two weeks of installation.

How can I make my payments? Payments can be made: Directly from your bank account by a standing order

Can I end my rental contract early? Yes, you can. Contact us and we can advise you of the payment amount and early termination fee for ending your contract.


What happens if my product breaks down? One of the many benefits of renting with Rental Stairlifts is that if your product breaks down during your rental, we will service and repair it absolutely FREE!
