Disability Support Nottingham

Disability Support helps marginalised groups to reduce and remove barriers that impact negatively on independent living.

This includes people aged 16 and over with a physical, and/or sensory impairment, people with mental ill health and people with a learning disability.

They also help carers, parents of disabled children, people with long-term health conditions and older people.

The service also helps the professionals who help the people listed above.
